1) Initial Free Consultation (Analysis of client's situation to determine whether bankruptcy is the appropriate course of action)
2) Client returns all bankruptcy intake forms and requested documents
3) Client participates in required online credit counseling course
4) Signing Meeting (Client meets to review and sign bankruptcy schedules)
5) File Chapter 7 Case
6) Client participates in online post-petition financial management course
7) Meeting of the Creditors (between 20 and 45 days after filing date)
8) Chapter 7 Discharge Order (90 days after the meeting of the creditors)
Chapter 13 Case Procedure (Typical Case)
